The CASH Kitchen operates under the South Carolina food-permit exemption for churches serving members and invited guests (SC Reg 61-25 §8-301.12(A)(2)). The Kitchen is operated by Church of American Strength & Hope, a 501(c)(3) church (EIN 41-4115277). Membership is required to order. No one is turned away from membership.
