An exempt 50/50 raffle for Services Members. Drawn every Friday at 6:00 PM, in person, with two witnesses, on Church premises at 127 University Dr, Ladson. Entry sales close Friday 5:00 PM. Members in good standing, 18 or older.

§ How it works
Three steps. No tricks.

Buy a $5 entry in the week's 50/50 raffle. Entries are sold only to Services Members in good standing, never to the general public, which is what keeps the raffle exempt under SC §33-57-120(B)(2)(b). A raffle entry is not a tax-deductible gift.

We draw live on Church premises, 127 University Dr, Ladson, at 6:00 PM Friday. One physical stub pulled at random. Two witnesses sign off; one must be a director or officer.

Half the pool goes to the winning member. Half stays with the Church and funds meals, outreach, and the next bridge we build. Total proceeds per drawing shall not exceed $950.

WHAT IT RESTORES
Money flowing back to the people who funded it, on a schedule the community can count on.
WHAT ENTROPY IT PREVENTS
The extraction model where commercial gambling drains a community. Half the pool returns directly. Half funds meals, outreach, and the next bridge.
MEMBERS-ONLY BECAUSE
Tickets are sold only to Services Members in good standing under SC §33-57-120(B)(2)(b). The exemption is the legal expression of the relational truth: this is a church, drawing among its own.

We charge what it costs. Materials, the work of making, and the lights. Nothing on top.

The Weekly Community Draw is an exempt 50/50 raffle conducted by Church of American Strength & Hope, a 501(c)(3) church (EIN 41-4115277) under SC Code §33-57-120(B)(2)(b). Entries are sold only to Services Members in good standing, never to the general public. A raffle entry is not a tax-deductible gift. You must be 18 or older to participate. No more than one drawing every seven calendar days. Total proceeds per drawing shall not exceed $950.
